Recently I opened a Twitter account. This joined my Facebook and Linkedin accounts as another way to stay connected. It was about time I caught up with the world. I then opened a Google+ account and things started to spiral out of control.

I am impressed, both by the confession, and by the willingness to dump it all. To be honest, if I had a job where I could not devote large quantities of down time to my many social networks I would probably do the same thing. Although I would still have my iPhone...
Your ideal regular schedule isn't that far off from mine. I try to get to be earlier when I can. My biggest scheduling issue is trying to manage the morning running and still be able to marshal the troops (kids) every morning. So it's comforting to know I am not the only one out there following the same schedule.
Thanks for the feedback, Mike. Schedules are always a challenge. I always have to tell myself, everyone has the same 24 hours, it's what I choose to with it that will tell the story. I am impressed by how far you have come in your fitness journey, and how disciplined you are about sticking with it. This is not an easy thing to do and you are to be commended for you work in this regard.
