My name is Joseph O'Meara, and I am a husband, father, dog lover, athlete, and healthcare professional. I moved to Omaha from Colorado several years ago and am part of a group of triathletes, runners, swimmers, and cyclists.
In this community I get to connect with a positive group of people at all levels of ability who are pursing fitness as a way of life. I believe this pursuit can be a positive, fun, and adventure-filled experience that anyone--no matter where they are in their life journey--can access.
I work for Alegent Health in organizational development and public health, and through this work have the opportunity to merge many of my passions into a vocation. I am also an employee of Lifetime Fitness and help lead the Omaha Endurance Group.
My interests include the things mentioned above, God, technology, rock music, current events, social change, and science fiction.
